Do you offer a free plan?

Unfortunately no. However, you can try any plan you want for free for 30 days.

Where is the data located?

All data is stored on Digital Ocean's servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Can I host my data on my own server?

yes. With the White-Label solution, your data is kept 100% on your servers.

Can I downgrade or upgrade at any time?

Yes! You can switch between plans at any time. You can also switch between annual or monthly billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

For now you can only pay by credit card. We plan to add payment methods including crypto soon.

Who can I contact if I have further questions?

Do you have a lower plan?

Unfortunately, we invest in the speed and reliability that our business model requires. That's why we can't offer a cheaper plan.

What happens if I hit my plan limit?

Your current plan may allow up to 10% increase in some cases. If this continues, we will contact you and ask you to upgrade your account. However, we recommend that you follow your limits in any case.

How do I cancel my account?

If at any point you wish to cancel your Base Analytics account, you can do so directly in your settings.

What can I do if I need more sites or limits?

If you need to add more sites or limit, you can send your special package request by contacting us at support@baseanalytics.io.

Will I be charged when my trial expires?

No, because we don't initially ask for your credit card information. Once your trial period ends, you can upgrade to the appropriate plan at any time.
